ANTI-COUNTERFEIT POLICY
Googly Fashion does not permit the sale or promotion of counterfeit goods, fake branded products, or products that unlawfully copy another party’s trademarks, logos, or designs.
Sellers and suppliers must ensure that products are genuine or legally authorized for sale. Accurate product descriptions and supporting documents must be provided when reasonably requested.
Customers and intellectual-property owners can report suspected counterfeit products by emailing support@googlyfashion.com. Please include the product link, order details if applicable, and supporting evidence.
After reviewing a complaint, Googly Fashion may remove product listings, restrict seller accounts, cancel affected orders, or cooperate with relevant authorities where appropriate and legally permitted.
If you suspect that you received a counterfeit product, contact our support team with your order number, product details, and clear photographs. We will review the complaint under applicable policies and law.
This policy operates subject to applicable laws of Bangladesh, including relevant intellectual-property and consumer-protection laws. It does not remove any rights available under applicable law.
