Domestic delivery is available to serviceable locations across Bangladesh. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations.

Free Delivery and Shipping Charges

Free delivery may be available on eligible orders over ■3000, subject to applicable product, location, and promotional terms. Any delivery charge for your order will be shown at checkout.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are processed after confirmation and payment verification, where applicable. Estimated delivery information may be shown at checkout or in your order details. Delays can occur due to holidays, weather, courier operations, product availability, or incorrect address details.

Order Tracking

Tracking information may be provided after dispatch when available. Use the order-tracking feature on the Googly Fashion website to check the latest shipment status.

 Address and Delivery

Please provide your correct name, phone number, full address, and delivery instructions. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible products and locations, where offered. 

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, check its tracking status and contact Customer Support. If a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, take photos where possible and contact us promptly. Requests will be reviewed under the applicable Return & Refund Policy. 

International Orders

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
